Bio

My name is Douglas MacKrell, and "I Am Hero." to its most horrible extreemes. I've lived a life filled with the need to help, but know full well that my helping is what caused my mothers death. I enabled her to drink herself to death, all the while hiding it from my family. I've many friends, but have estranged my family to a point that I rarely speak to my own brother and father. I am on a quest to be a better person. To stop living life looking for the acceptance of others, and more for my own acceptance. To find love and feel happiness. To feel sorrow. To just feel. I live in an apathetic haze to escape reality. I live in a world of illusion to escape the fear. I yearn for change, but I am afraid of its arival. My name is Douglas MacKrell, and I Am Hero.
